It's May ~ Okay thats fast. It just feels like yesterday was new year and wait look where we are now. Reaching the half way mark of 2010. So I told myself from May I will start exercising and going on a diet. Amazingly I did exercise. But diet was totally screw'd like a big time. Jogged with Hanlin at Ngee Ann. It was demoralizing when I put my first step on the track. Once it was easy to just jog around the track, but now I felt it seriously HARD. After 1 round I already felt as though I jog a few rounds. That kinda sucks but oh well I jogged 3 rounds around the track and I walked another 3 rounds and took a grand total of 30 ++ mins for a 2.4km route. The day before I told Hanlin, I'm going on detox and that I will only be eating fruits & vegetable. I did the total opposite. Where I ate like there's no tomorrow. Oh well its okay since I exercised. Then headed for a massage at Alumni club house. It's not that bad, but it's not great too. For the amount paid it was alrighty; 1 dollar for 5mins. So the great healthy lifestyler me suggested that from SIM bus stop we shall walk to clementi interchange. No idea why I suggested that but I did. And yes we did manage to walk till sunset way. Guess what Mr Kok suggested we can eat desserts @ Daily scoop ~ And me totally agreeing to it as well. ARGH !!! But I totally enjoyed the waffle with macadamia ice cream. Overall, what I learn from today is; I say things which I don't really mean it. Detox down the drain and in fact ate more than usual. But ONCE IN AWHILE IT'S OKAY TO PAMPER OURSELVES. |
